Itinerary
 
Day 1  Perth - Pemberton
  • Head South through Mandurah, Bunbury and Busselton for a short stop at the famous Busselton Jetty.

• Through the magnificent Jarrah and Marri Forest. Surrounded by Grass trees, Kangaroo paws, Hakeas, Grevilleas, Wattles & Orchids to mention just a few.

• Visit Beedelup National Park and walk along the suspension bridge and marvel at the beautiful waterfall. Continue through winery and dairy country onto the timber region of Pemberton.

Day 2  Pemberton - Albany
  • An early start with a visit to the famous Gloucester Tree in the spectacular Karri Forests, unique for various native orchids.

• Next onto Walpole, to the Valley of the Giants, to visit the Tree Top Walk. A man made walkway above the forest floor winds its way through the giant Tingle trees. Descend to the forest floor and explore the grove of trees known as the Ancient Empire.

• The forest is ablaze with Crowea, Orchids, purple Wisteria and green Kangaroo Paws.

• Continue east on the Muir Highway to Mount Barker, for a short visit at the Banksia Farm and then onto the magnificent Porongorup Ranges, if time permits and enjoy a brief sightseeing tour of the Historic port town of Albany.

Day 3  Albany
  • Today explore the magnificent botanical reserve, the Stirling Ranges, renowned for its vast variety of wildflowers and spectacular views.

• This area alone has over 1,530 species of wildflowers native to the area, from delicate Orchids to Wattles. A few varieties are White Spider Orchids, Pink Enamel Orchids, Cat Paws, Leschenaultia, Everlastings and Banksias.

Day 4  Albany - Perth
  • This morning tour the highlights in Albany. Overlooking the beautiful King George Sound, Albany maintains its historic links through many well-restored heritage buildings.

• Touring the landmarks like the spectacular view from Mount Clarence, the Natural Bridge and The Gap.

• Travel through Mount Barker, Kojonup and Williams with various stops along the way for a last chance to enjoy the unique Wildflowers before returning to Perth early evening.
