Itinerary
 
Day 1  Perth - Albany
  • Head to the city of Albany located on King George Sound.

• Enroute to Albany visit places of interest including the magnificent Stirling and Porongorup Ranges where you climb 'Castle Rock'. Visit a local winery for some wine tasting.

• In Albany, stop at Middleton Beach for a refreshing dip in the Southern Ocean. Take in the views from the Mt Clarence Lookout, followed by an overnight stay in Albany to enjoy the friendly and cosy nightlife of this city.

Day 2  Albany - Pemberton
  • Head to Frenchman’s Bay to explore ‘The Gap’, ‘Natural Bridge’ and the spectacular Blowholes. Then onto the delightful Town of Denmark, located on the edge of the massive Karri and Tingle Tree Forests which dominate this part of WA.

• Follow in the steps of the early pioneers and take a refreshing swim at Greens Pool.

• Visit the Valley of the Giants and explore the upper canopy of the forest by taking a stroll along the elevated Tree Top Walk - an engineering marvel allowing visitors to experience the unique eco system.

• Then onto Pemberton to enjoy a delicious BBQ and campfire atmosphere.

Day 3  Pemberton - Margaret River - Perth
  • Awaken to a wonderful misty southwest morning and the sights of Kangaroos and Emus which are common in the area. Head towards Augusta & Margaret River.

• Nearby, massive waves from the Indian Ocean wash onto pristine beaches. Continue to The Warden Centre to learn about the habits and lifestyles of the early Aboriginal people (the Nyoongars).

• After lunch, enjoy wine tasting at an exclusive winery and spoil yourself at the locally run Chocolate Company.

• It's then onto the City of Bunbury for the climax of the tour - a boat cruise around Koombana Bay to witness the bottle nose Dolphins which are abundant in the clear blue waters.
