Day 1 Perth to Wave Rock

Enjoy a scenic drive through the Darling Ranges to the historic town of York, the first township founded on the Avon Valley. Admire the wonderfully preserved turn of the century buildings and get an insight into the grand old pioneer days

Pass through the sweeping wheatbelt plains and stop at the famous Dog Cemetery, a tribute to Australian working sheepdogs. Arrive at the small town of Hyden and visit Hippos Yawn, an unusual natural rock formation.

Join an Aboriginal cultural tour of Wave Rock, where you will learn about Aboriginal culture and hear stories of the Dreamtime. Discover other unique rock formations, including the Hump and Mulkas Cave.

Travel via the country town of Babakin back to Perth. In season, fields of colourful wildflowers form an amazing backdrop.

Day 2 Perth to Albany

Journey southwards via the stunning Stirling Range and Porongurup Range National Parks, before reaching Albany – Western Australias first European settlement.

Day 3 Albany to Perth

Enjoy coastal sightseeing, taking in amazing features like The Gap and the Natural Bridge.

Continue to the town of Walpole for a cruise on the Nornalup Inlet, widely regarded as one of the South Wests last great wilderness areas.

Walk among giants at the Valley of the Giants, where you can view the trees mighty canopy from an elevated walkway, or take in the scenery from ground level.
