DAY 1 Port Hedland - Karijini

Travel along the sealed roads of the Pilbara, through arid grassland and mulga scrub, over rivers and through Bea Gorge and the Chichester Ranges and fabulous rock formations.

Refresh at Auski Tourist Village before entering the majestic Munjina Gorge for the drive to the top of the escarpment.

Visit the award winning Karijini Visitors Centre before entering Dales Gorge for a swim in Fern Pool and Fortescue Falls before the valley floor trek to a swim in Circular Pool

DAY 2 Karijini Dreamtime

After a hearty breakfast, experience Hancock Gorge, with the Rock Wall climb to the Spider Walk to Kermits Pool and the view into the Miracle Mile.

Gorge trek to Black Rock Pool before the venture into Weano Gorge to challenge Handrail Pool, Snake Gully, the Leap of Fiath into Adrenalin Pool, through the Lost World to sit at Weano Falls at Red Gorge, all in the Miracle Mile.

After a late lunch, visit Oxers Lookout and the Rescue Platform for the breathtaking view to Junction Pool, Red Gorge and Joffre Gorge. Then to Knox Gorge to view Garden Pool and the Balley Walk. If your legs can take it, then perhaps trek to Knox Slide.

DAY 3 Karijini - Port Headland

Rise and shine early to a big breakfast before a morning visit a Hamersley Pool for the float on a noodle down Emerald Gorge and the banded layers of tartured earth. Climb Grey Rock Falls to Spa Pool, and then swim in the incredible Natures Spa.

Then it is time to lay back and relax, while heading through Rio Tinto Gorge to the foothills, for the red road run through the lowlands. Photo stops for the grandeur of the Hamersley Ranges.

Lunch in the bush, under a shady tree before a refreshing stop at the Auski Tourist Village. Now head north to Port Hedland through the ranges and rock formations and grasslands and perhaps a sunset photo stop along the way.
