Day 1 Perth to Albany

Travel south via the Stirling Range and Porongorup Range National Park, en-route to historic Albany, the site of the original European settlement in Western Australia.

The seasonal wildflowers make an amazing backdrop.

Day 2 Albany to Pemberton

Experience the dramatic coastline of Australias South West: see The Gap and Natural Bridge, spectacular features carved by the power of the Southern Ocean.

Travel via tranquil Denmark town and massive karri tree forests to the sleepy resort town of Walpole.

Join a local guide to cruise the Nornalup Inlet and discover an outstanding wilderness area.

Travel on to the Ancient Empire: the Valley of the Giants and the Tree Top Walk. Walk 40m high in the forest canopy, or at ground level through the Ancient Empire of Tingle Forest of giant trees.

Day 3 Pemberton to Margaret River

Visit the 61m tall Gloucester Tree before seeing the superb artisans at their craft in the Fine Woodcraft Gallery.

Journey to the south-west most tip of Australia, and see the point where the Southern Ocean converges with the Indian Ocean. Spot migrating whales in season at Cape Leeuwin.
Pass the majestic Boranup Forest en route to the ancient Mammoth Cave, where you will take a guided tour.

Day 4 Margaret River to Perth

Spend some time at leisure in Margaret River township, where you can browse the craft shops or pay a visit to the wine showroom.

Enjoy a wine tasting at a famous Margaret River winery and then view a lively sheep herding and shearing at an Australian Sheep Station.

Marvel at the longest wooden jetty in the Southern Hemisphere, pointing some 2 kms into Geographe Bay at beautiful Busselton.
