DAY 1 Broome - Geikie Gorge

Departing Broome travel to the famous Geikie Gorge. Along the way you will see giant Kimberley termite mounds, boab trees and the mighty Fitzroy River.

At Fitzroy Crossing depart on the National Parks Ranger guided cruise along the Geikie Gorge to capture the spectacular scenery and abundant wildlife. Towards sunset you arrive at the Fitzroy River Lodge.

Relax as your guide prepares a traditional campfire barbeque dinner.

DAY 2 Geikie Gorge - Windjana Gorge - Broome

After breakfast travel to Tunnel Creek. Here, explore stalactites, a large diversity of wildlife and ancient Aboriginal rock art. Hear of the legend of Jandamarra.

After this you are off to Windjana Gorge for a delicious lunch, search for freshwater crocodiles and marvel at the stunning natural beauty of this oasis of the outback.

Travelling through Kimberley cattle country, you will see the infamous Boab Prison Tree and the historic town of Derby enroute to Broome, arriving at 6.45pm.
