DAY 1 Broome - Windjana Gorge

Travel to Windjana Gorge. Windjana Gorge is a National Park, regarded by geologists as one of the classic examples of world geology.

The gorge is a picturesque, narrow canyon cut by the Lennard River through the Napier Range, which was once a coral reef.

Dinner tonight will be cooked on the BBQ or over an open fire.

DAY 2 Windjana - Bell Gorge

Explore Windjana Gorge early this morning before departing for Bell Gorge.

Enter the King Leopold Range National Park where you will have time to explore Bell Gorge one of the most spectacular gorges in the Kimberley.

Overnight: Overnight camp – Manning Gorge

DAY 3 Bell Gorge - Manning Gorge

This morning is spent hiking into and exploring Manning Gorge. Great opportunities for Birdwatching, photography and safe swimming.

Depart and head north to the Gibb River / Kalumburu Road via Drysdale River Station.

Overnight: Overnight camp – Miners Pool

DAY 4 Manning Gorge - Honeymoon Bay

Travel north to Kalumburu. Local Aboriginal people who operate an extensive cattle cooperation run the community.

The area is surrounded by giant mango trees and coconut palms.

Stay right on the remote ocean coast.

DAY 5 Explore Honeymoon Bay

This morning you will enjoy a rock art tour and a bush tucker walk.

Fishing is also available at Honeymoon Bay or McGowan Island.

DAY 6 Honeymoon Bay - King Edward River

Depart for The King Edward River and Mitchell Plateau areas which are of extreme importance from a biological viewpoint with ancient endemic Livistonia Palm dotting landscape.

DAY 7 Explore King Edward River

Spend the day exploring Mitchell Falls.

DAY 8 King Edward River - Ellenbrae Station

Head south along Kalumburu Road to Ellenbrae Station.

Overnight: Overnight camp - EL Questro Station

DAY 9 Ellenbrae Station - El Questro

Depart Ellenbrae this morning and head to El Questro Station.

This afternoon join the Chamberlain River Cruise. Cruise through this timeless land, your local guide will point out Wandjina Aboriginal Rock art, bird and wildlife.

DAY 10 El Questro - Kununurra

This morning visit Zebedee Springs. Zebedee Springs are the famous small thermal pools. Perfect for relaxing.

After lunch a walk into the pristine pool of Emma Gorge.

Late afternoon depart El Questro for arrival into Kununurra.
