DAY 1 Broome - Windjana Gorge

Depart Broome and watch the amazing outback landscape unfold. Visit the infamous Derby Prison Tree, which was once used as an overnight holding cell, before embarking upon the great Gibb River Road.

Experience the remoteness of this area of the Northern Territory, as you make your way towards Windjana Gorge.

Wander through the magnificent, ancient gorge and marvel at the forces of the river which carved it out over millions of years. Listen to the story of the political Indigenous outlaw Jandamurra, of the local Banuba people and the battle of Devils Pass.

Overnight: Windjana Gorge National Park camp

DAY 2 Windjana Gorge - Bells Gorge

Be prepared to get wet as you explore the amazing Tunnel Creek, which cuts through the Napier Range and is rich with local history. Explore Jandamurras hideout and try to imagine life in Australias heady colonial times.

Continue on towards Bells Gorge.

DAY 3 Bells Gorge - Manning

Traverse the King Leopold Ranges, the Kimberleys highest mountain range en route to Galvans Gorge. Swim in the deep, refreshing pool, get a natural back massage as you sit under the cascading waterfall, or simply admire its natural untouched beauty.

Bushwalkers have the opportunity to explore Manning Gorge before returning to Mt Barnett Station for the night.

DAY 4 Manning Gorge - El Questro

Admire the rugged beauty of outback Australia as you travel through the majestic Cockburn Ranges, and see Cambridge Gulf and the twin rivers of Durack and Pentecost, before continuing to El Questro Wilderness Park.

This huge Northern Territory reserve covers an area of land approximately twice the size of the UK.

Overnight: El Questro

DAY 5 El Questro - Kununurra

Relax in the thermal pools at Zebedee Springs, surrounded by dense tropical vegetation and ancient Livingstonia Palms. Have the opportunity to hike through some of the magnificent gorges of the vast El Questro park, before continuing to Kununurra.
