Day 1 Broome to Fitzroy Crossing

Venture north to Willare Bridge, and cross the mighty Fitzroy River.

Day 2 Fitzroy Crossing to Bungle Bungle Ranges

Set off along the Great Northern Highway passing through Halls Creek. Discover the unusual geological formation, China Wall

Tackle the rugged road into the Purnululu National Park. Recently listed as a World Heritage Site, this spectacular wilderness park is home to the Bungle Bungle Ranges.

These majestic formations are the product of 20 million years of erosion and river movements.

Enjoy an easy paced walk into the stunning Echidna Chasm, known for its towering Livistonia Palms.

Day 3 Bungle Bungles to Kununurra

There is an opportunity to take an unforgettable helicopter ride over the Bungle Bungles (own expense). Experience the thrill of taking off and marvel at the spectacular views into the ravines and gorges below.

You may wish to take an optional scenic flight ahead to Kununurra, and enjoy aerial sightseeing of the Bungle Bungles, Argyle Diamond Mine, Ord River and the massive Lake Argyle.

Day 4 Kununurra to El Questro Wilderness Park

Cruise from Kununurra up the Ord River to the beautiful Lake Argyle. Pay a visit to the Ord River Irrigation Scheme plantations and Ivanhoe Crossing – a causeway over the mighty river. Keep an eye out for the saltwater crocodiles, which trawl just beneath

Visit the historic port town of Wyndham, and enjoy breathtaking views from the Five Rivers Lookout Point. See the five great rivers - King, Pentecost, Durack, Ord and Forrest – flow into the Cambridge Gulf.

Set off along the legendary Kimberley stock route – the Gibb River Road.

Travel through the ruggedly beautiful Cockburn Ranges. Marvel at the stunning scenery that formed the dramatic backdrop for Baz Luhrmans epic movie, Australia.

Day 5 El Questro to Home Valley Station

Enjoy an early morning walk to Zebedee Hot Springs. Relax as you soak in the thermal springs, surrounded by lush ferns and palms.

Travel through the Pentecost Ranges to Home Valley; located at the foot of the spectacular Cockburn Range and bordered by the mighty Durack and Pentecost Rivers.

The afternoon is yours to relax or explore the 700,000 acres of natural wilderness. Take a dip at Bindoola Falls, discover New York Valley or canoe on Bindoola Creek.

Watch the sun go down on the Cockburn range as you enjoy some traditional Kimberley hospitality and live music in the renowned Dusty Bar and Grill.

Day 6 Home Valley Station

Enjoy an informative talk and demonstration on horse training and horsemanship by Home Valleys resident horseman.

Spend the afternoon at your leisure: laze by the pool or relax in the shade of a tree with a good book; or choose an optional Station activity. These include barra fishing, bird watching, a day spa or an Aboriginal Cultural Talk (own expense).

Day 7 Home Valley Station to Kununurra

Relax and enjoy the tranquillity of Home Valley before your road transfer back to Kununurra.
