Day 1 Broome - Fitzroy Crossing

Travel to the Gibb River Road via the Derby 'Boab Prison Tree' and through the picturesque Napier Ranges;home to a diverse array of animals and plants.

At Windjana Gorge experience the stunning natural beauty of an outback oasis filled with geological wonder, search for fresh water crocodiles, local bird life and Indigenous bushtucker.

After lunch spend the afternoon exploring Tunnel Creek; a cave system in which you will discover stalactites, secret caves and a large variety of wildlife, learn the legend of Jandamarra; an Indigenous freedom fighter who used the tunnel as a hide-out.

Day 2 Fitzroy Crossing-Purnululu

Visit the gold rush towns of Halls Creek to see the remarkable China Wall and arrive in Purnululu National Park in the afternoon; home of the magnificent Bungle Bungles, explore the surrounds and then settle into your comfortable tented accommodation.

After enjoying a beautiful bush sunset with a glass of wine, relax as you retire for a delicious meal under the stars.

Day 3 Explore Purnululu

Explore the Bungle Bungle domes; the most famous highlight of Purnululu National Park, the Rivers created these orange and black striped beehive formations over a period of 20 milion years.

Explore the wonders of Echidna Chasm, known for its towering Livistonia Palm trees and take a walk through stunning Cathedral Gorge, where towering rocks create a natural amphitheatre.

In the afternoon take an optional scenic flight and enjoy a birds-eye view of the beehive domes of the Bungle Bungles.

Day 4 Purnululu - Broome

Heading westward in the morning reach the banks of the Fitzroy River for a picnic lunch at Geikie Gorge.

Watch the Kimberley plains drift by or enjoy a movie, in the afternoon join a local National Park Ranger on a guided cruise through the majestic Geikie Gorge.

During the cruise, learn the fascinating geology of the Geikie Gorge and discover the huge array of wildlife including freshwater crocodiles, birds and fish.
