DAY 1 Broome - Mt Hart
• Cattle Country, Derby, Prison Boab Tree before getting to the Gibb River Road, 4WD to Windjana Gorge, Tunnel Creek and Lennard Gorge before arriving at Mt Hart Station in the heart of the King Leopold Ranges.

DAY 2 Mt Hart - Mt Elizabeth
• Set off early - so much to see: Ingis Gap, Bell Creek, Isdell Gorge, swim at Adcock Gorge and Galvans Gorge. See Manning River Gorge, the Barnett Range and cool off at Barnett River Gorge before arriving at Mt Elizabeth Station.

DAY 3 Mt Elizabeth – “Faraway Downs” Station
• Another amazing day of scenic Kimberley wilderness; experience the Durack River Crossing, Jack’s Waterhole, spectacular Pentecost Range and cross the Pentecost River before arriving at Emma Gorge.
• Optional helicopter flights can be taken from Drysdale Station to the Mitchell Plateau.
• Fictional “Faraway Downs” was created for "Australia" the movie; you can experience the film locations including this real working station.
• Choose from many levels of accommodation: At Home Valley Station you can ford the river where Lady Sarah did in the movie Australia at Kidman Crossing and be accommodated in a lavishly appointed Grass Castle, in a guest room in the Homestead or really connect with nature in an Eco Tent. At El Questro select from the opulent Chamberlain Suite or Homestead, a bungalow at the Station Township or an ensuite safari bush cabin at Emma Gorge Resort.

DAY 4 Explore “Faraway Downs” Station Area
• Experience spectacular gorge after spectacular gorge. Thrill to life on the working Cattle Station; see station cattle, brumbies, wild donkeys, bustards, frilled neck lizards, goannas, brolgas, jabirus and technicoloured parrots. At El Questro perhaps take a heli-picnic or go heli-fishing for barramundi take a plunge in the hot thermal Zebedee Springs or join one of the other organised activities available.
• Home Valley Station is a working cattle station; perhaps take the chance of a life time to experience authentic cattle mustering, horse trekking through the Kimberley Outback, boating on a magnificent wilderness river, fish in a waterhole brimming with wildlife, or to enjoy a magical sunset ride with the fabulous locations of Australia the movie as the backdrop.

DAY 5 “Faraway Downs” - Kununurra
• Time to see some more local geography and wildlife, before leaving the red dust for Kununurra and “civilisation”.

DAY 6 Kununurra - Katherine
• Plenty to do in the area before heading into the Northern Territory: Lake Argyle, Ord River, Argyle Diamond Mine, Ord River Irrigation System and Plantations, take a flight over the Bungle Bungles or fast boat trip up the Ord to Lake Argyle dam wall.

Ask about adding in an extra 3 days to self-drive into the Bungle Bungles and stay overnight in the National Park.

DAY 7 Katherine - Darwin
• Take a morning cruise through Katherine Gorge and explore the surrounds before reaching Darwin.
