Day 1 Perth - Kalbarri

Head north to the beautiful Nambung National Park where you can explore the famous limestone formations of the Pinnacle Desert and later have lunch at one of the small fishing towns where you can enjoy a dip in the Indian Ocean.

Carry your adventure through Geraldton and along the Batavia Coast, the site of many shipwrecks as you ask your guide for shipwreck stories, in season (July – September) check out the prolific wildflowers, en route to the Pink Lakes and the Ocean Gorges.

Next go off sand boarding, have some fun surfing over large natural sand dunes and stop to watch the sunset and Humpback Whales frolicking in the Ocean (seasonal) before you head for camp, which is a good time for spotting kangaroos.

Day 2 Kalbarri - Shark Bay

This morning take a short drive to Kalbarri National Park where you will begin the day with a bush walk to check out the magnificent views of the Murchison River - Z-bend where (time permitting) you can take a cool freshwater dip.

Continue north to Shark Bay which takes you through station country, where you cross Meadow and Nerren Nerren sheep stations, here you have another opportunity to view a profusion of wildflowers if they are in season.

Visit Shell Beach, probably the longest and deepest shell beach in the world and then to your overnight accommodation in Shark Bay.

Day 3 Shark Bay - Coral Bay

Be on Monkey Mia beach for the arrival of the enchanting wild dolphins of Monkey Mia - you even have a chance to go sailing on a catamaran (optional extra) and look out for dugongs, turtles and stingrays or just laze on the beach and relax.

After lunch start heading to Coral Bay and on your way there make stops at one of the coastal cliffs and Hamelin Pool to see the oldest living things on the planet, the Stromatolites.

Your Journey into the outback really becomes visible with 360 degrees of land; sea and sky that is called Big Sky Country, after a brief stop at the tropical town of Carnarvon make your way to your overnight accommodation in Coral Bay.

Day 4 Coral Bay - Exmouth

Today enjoy the idyllic location of Coral Bay, the gateway to Ningaloo Reef, the best fringing coral reef in the world.

Marvel at the underwater world; an incredible mix of coral and marine life that is just metres from the sandy shore, enjoy swimming, sunbaking, beachcombing or some optional activities like a glass bottomed boat cruise, snorkelling or quad bikes (optional

Late this afternoon, make your way across the grasslands calling into Shothole Canyon en route to your overnight stay in Exmouth.

Day 5 Explore Exmouth

Today you have two options; you can stay with your Guide and head out into the magnificent Cape Range National Park, making your way towards the secluded beaches of the Ningaloo Reef, where you can snorkel (optional) with a huge variety of soft corals.

Head off to explore Yardie Creek Gorge where you can look for rock wallabies and next stop over and enjoy a swim or snorkel at Turquoise Bay.

The second option is; go diving on Ningaloo Reef (own expense), there are many dive packages to choose from - you may even swim with whale sharks (April-June).

After your return to Exmouth, gather at the pool to exchange addresses, share a beer or two and say our final good-byes to those who are not returning back to Perth and then settle down for a good nights sleep at your Exmouth Hostel.

Day 6 Exmouth - Kalbarri

Depart Exmouth for your return journey stopping overnight at a farmstay close to the Murchison River where you have the chance to explore the surrounding area with a guided bush walk.

Day 7 Kalbarri - Perth

Visit the Principality of Hutt River Province, meet H.R.H Prince Leonard and get a unique visa stamp in your passport, afterwards make your way to Greenough Wildlife Park to meet local snakes before you journey back to Perth.
