Day 1 Perth to Northampton

Depart Perth and head north to the fishing community of Lancelin. Experience the thrill of sand boarding on the huge white sand dunes that borders the eastern side of the town.

Travel to Western Australias unique Pinnacle Desert which lies in the heart of Nambung National Park. Discover the thousands of limestone spires that rise out of the stark yellow landscape.

Continue north to the historic Northampton, a former lead-mining centre, where you will stay overnight at Lynton Station.

Day 2 Northampton to Monkey Mia

Leaving Lynton station, continue north to Kalbarri National Park.

Explore the coastal and inland regions of the Kalbarri National Park, witnessing spectacular scenery and abundant wildlife at the lookout areas of Natures Window at the Loop that overlooks Murchison Gorge.

Travel to Shark Bay and learn about how the marine living fossils called Stromatolites have helped scientists unravel the history of life in the world.

Enjoy an overnight stay at Monkey Mia Dolphin Lodge.

Day 3 Monkey Mia to Warroora Station

Have the opportunity to encounter the friendly dolphins of Monkey Mia in the morning. Spend time interacting with the amazing creatures and appreciate one of the few places in the world where wild dolphins come to greet people.

Take the opportunity to go sailing in Shark Bay and keep an eye out for other marine life including dugongs and marine turtles in the clear waters.

Bid farewell to the dolphins and journey to Shell Beach and marvel at the billions of tiny coquina bivalve shells that line the shore.

Travel to Carnarvon where you will spend the night at Warroora Station situated on a 50 kilometre secluded stretch of the Ningaloo Reef. Enjoy camp oven cooking by the campfire and eat some damper.

Day 4 Carnarvon to Exmouth

Look out for sightings of kangaroos, emus and other wildlife as you journey between Carnarvon and Coral Bay in the morning.

Experience Coral Bay and observe the point where Ningaloo Reef is closest to the shore.

There is time for you to take an optional snorkel in the reef or a glass bottom boat tour where you could view some of the 450 species of fish or the 250 species of coral that the reef contains.

Spend the late afternoon travelling past Cape Range National Park to the northern end of Ningaloo Reef and the town of Exmouth where you will stay the night.

Day 5 Exmouth

Explore Exmouth, Cape Range and the Ningaloo Reef in the morning.

Take an optional cruise, at your own expense, and view the extensive wildlife of the Cape Range with the chance to spot the rare black footed Rock Wallaby.

Alternatively, you can snorkel the clear waters of Ningaloo Reef or drift aimlessly over the coral of Turquoise Bay.

Join an optional Dive Boat tour and spend the day searching the magnificent Ningaloo Reef or chasing the elusive Whale Shark before your tour concludes.
