Day 1 Perth - Swan Valley

• A short drive from Perth, the fertile Swan Valley Wine Region is a gourmets delight. Fresh local produce, fine olives and oils, local cheeses, chocolates and nougats vie for tastings with beers from unique microbreweries.
• World-class wineries offer full reds or crisp white wines, unique local liqueurs and fortified wines.
• Visit Western Australia ’s oldest underground wine cellar or the most modern winery; enjoy lunch or dinner in fine restaurants or in casual garden settings.
• See galleries and artisans; visit historic sites or National Parks. Enjoy!

Day 2 Swan Valley – Margaret River

• Pass historic Guildford and Perth en route to Mandurah in the Peel Wine Region; perhaps spotting dolphins at play in the river.
• Next pass Bunbury, then on to Busselton with its unique jetty and underwater observatory 2 kms out to sea in the Geographe Wine Region.
• Visit award winning wineries, microbreweries, fudge or cheese factories; see an ancient cave or lighthouse.
• Beef was king in the southwest before surfing and wineries; perhaps enjoy succulent Harvey beef, venison or fresh caught local fish with a world-renowned local wine for dinner.

Day 3 Explore Margaret River

• Leave the car behind!
• See the craft, glass, art and wine galleries, cafes and forest walks on your doorstep today.
• Be picked up at 11am to enjoy your small group gourmet tour of the Margaret River Wine Region;
• Visit chocolate and cheese factories and perhaps a brewery.
• Enjoy five wineries (time permitting); taste ‘champagne’ and liqueurs; Enjoy a gourmet lunch with your tour.
• Transfer back to your hotel at approx. 4.30pm.

Day 4 Margaret River - Pemberton

• Visit the Leeuwin Lighthouse; see the Indian Ocean and the Southern Ocean converge.
• Fertile farmlands give way to tall trees en route to Pemberton, the ‘timber town’ heart of the Pemberton Wine Region.
• Fresh marron and trout are some local delicacies to tempt the palette today, along with fresh fruits in season and some excellent wines of the Pemberton Wine Region.
• Unique lavender delicacies are offered at the local Lavender and Berry Farm.
• Overnight: Pemberton Forest Lodge

Day 5 Pemberton – Perth

• See the Gloucester Tree, the world’s tallest public lookout tree, wildflowers in season and the world famous woodcraft galleries.
• Visit pretty Nannup and enjoy a country pub or local winery for some excellent Cabernet Shiraz and some country fare before returning to Perth via the breathtaking Blackwood Valley Wine Region.

Day 6 Explore Perth

• See international exhibitions at the Art Gallery or Museum;
• See Perth from Kings Park; climb the Bell Tower; or see gold poured at Perth Mint.
• Perhaps cruise the Swan River to the famous Fremantle café strip and harbour.
• Enjoy the influence of our multicultural heritage with fresh seafood, prawns, crayfish, pizza, beef, lamb, venison and fine wines on offer in the many excellent restaurants of Perth and Fremantle.
