DAY 1 Perth - Albany

• Travel south through the Wheatbelt region. Stop off at the wineries in Mt Barker, go to the lookout.
  
• Drive through the heart of majestic Stirling Range National Park. See and climb Bluff Knoll.
  
• Visit Porongorup National Park.

DAY 2 Explore Albany Region

• Explore the charm of Albany town and its historic buildings. Panoramic views of King George Sound.
  
• Visit Whaleworld, the last whaling station in Australia, closed in 1978, now an educational experience.
  
• See the dramatic National Park coast line of the Great Southern Ocean - The Gap and Natural Bridge formations and the Blowholes.

Day 3 Albany - Pemberton

• Easy drive allowing many stop-offs along the way.
  
• See The Valley of the Giants and experience the 'Tree Top Walk' - discover the mighty forests of the Walpole National Park.Visit the trout and marron hatchery. Explore Pemberton National Park with its enormous karri trees, climb to the top of the Gloucester Tree lookout.
  
• Drive through Beedalup National Park and see the Falls.

Day 4 Pemberton - Margaret River

• Very picturesque drive to the Margaret River region. Stop off at Augusta and Cape Leeuwin lighthouse, where the Indian and Southern Oceans meet and whales are spotted in season.
  
• Go down Jewel or Lake cave, under the forest.
  
• Perhaps go wine tasting, out for dinner or take a tour at one of the many very hospitable wineries. Visit one of the many galleries.
  
• Visit the world class surfing beaches, safe swimming beaches and spectacular ocean rock formations. Explore Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park.

Day 5 Margaret River - Perth
