PICK UP and DROP OFF
Vehicles must be collected and returned at the KEA branch between Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm and Sat, Sun & Public Holidays 8am to 1pm. All branches are closed Christmas Day.

INSURANCE
Standard insurance included. A standard excess of $5000 applies in the event of any damage to our vehicle or third party property. Excess reduction 1 at $25 per day ($30 for 4WDs) will reduce the excess to $2000, and a security bond of $2000 is payable at time of pick-up. Excess reduction 2 at $35 per day ($40 for 4WDs) will waive the excess, and a security bond of $250 is payable at time of pick-up. The insurance is subject to further terms and conditions.
DRIVING AREA
Motorhomes Motorhomes can only be driven on sealed or access roads and 4WDs are allowed on recognised 4WD tracks. Special terms and conditions apply for travel in the following areas: Cape York, Simpson Desert, Gunbarrel Highway, Canning Stock Route, Oodnadatta Track, Birdsville Track, the Warburton Road, Tanami Track, Gibb River Road and any other area in excess of 100 kms from the nearest sealed road. No vehicle is to be taken into salt water.
GENERAL
Government stamp duty (2%) is included in the hire rates. Minimum age of 21 years applies. Additional equipment (booked at time of reservation) is available: picnic table, picnic chair, picnic umbrella, child/booster seat, 4WD recovery kit, GPS navigation system (map based), satellite safety beacon, mobile phones & phone cards. Minimum rental is 5 calendar days. One way rentals available between any depots. Fee for any one way is $165 (except Broome). When a vehicle is picked up or dropped off in Broome, a total fee of $550 is charged. No one-way fee is charged when the rental exceeds 21 days (except Broome). All vehicles must be returned with a full fuel tank.
