 The lodge is located next to a rugged and refreshing watering hole, the ideal place to escape the midday sun and cool down.
The Wunambal people welcome you to explore Ngauwudu (Mitchell Plateau), home to astounding waterfalls, ancient Aboriginal art and unique flora and fauna.
Take the short drive from the lodge to the impressive Mitchell Falls, a three-tiered freshwater waterfall which provides amazing sights as it flows from the plateau edge into the mighty Mitchell River below.
The Mitchell Plateau also hosts an abundance of native wildlife and plants. Take a stroll through the rainforest and the woodlands of the park where you will see lots of birds and other wildlife including Snakes and even Saltwater Crocodiles.
To gain an insight of the sheer size and beauty of the Kimberley, take a scenic flight over the area. See Mitchell Falls from above, as well as the vast expanse of the crevices and rocky gorges, the rugged red land and its infinite surrounds.
