 Dinkas Restaurant operates April through to the 14th of October providing takeaway style lunches such as salad rolls, hamburgers and fish & chips.
Counter style dining is available of an evening and includes meals such as steak, fish and chicken served with fresh salad or vegetables. Takeaway fish and chips are also available in the evening.
Barbeque meals can be provided to guests. A selection of five different types of meat (steak, fish, lamb, pork or chicken) bowls of salad and condiments.
All food items are placed in your refrigerator for you to self cater at your leisure. Breakfast is not catered for at the restaurant facility, but for guests staying in bedded accommodation, continental or full breakfasts can be provided.
During the low season the restaurant is closed. Travellers to Kooljaman during this time period must be fully self sufficient and ensure that they have made themselves aware of road and weather conditions. |

 Snorkeling, fishing equipment and dinghies are available for hire.
There are many different shore fishing areas around the Cape, with some good exposed reef areas in the bay out towards Hunter's Creek. The best fishing months are May - October.
Activities available are mudcrabbing, bush tucker and cultural walks, fish poisoning and fish traps (both traditional methods of catching fish).
The beaches are of white sands and clear water with negligible surf, water temperature of approximately 26 degrees during June/July/August, increasing up to 33 degrees during Jan/Feb/March.
A tour desk is also available to book local Indigenous tours.
