INSURANCE

Comprehensive insurance included, excess payable in event of damage. Collision damage/theft excess of $2750 for conventional vehicles, if desired can be reduced to $275 (hirers 21-24yrs $990) with additional $22 per day. Collision damage excess $5500 for 4WD vehicles, if desired can be reduced to $550 with additional $27 per day. Insurance reductions to be finalised at time of hire. As always, insurance is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the hire contract between the individual hirer and the hire company.

DRIVING AREA

For customer safety touring in the following areas must utilise a large 4WD: Windjana Gorge, Tunnel Creek, Bungle Bungle National Park, Cape Leveque, Beagle Bay, Gibb River Road or Dampier Peninsula. Due to changing road and weather conditions your Budget representative may, for your safety, restrict the use of certain vehicles in some areas. Access to beaches is prohibited and conventional 2WD vehicles are permitted on sealed roads only.

GENERAL

Government Stamp Duty (approx 3.3%) is included. Credit card security bond of $330 to be finalised at the time of hire. Baby seats are available, must be pre-booked. Drivers must be aged 25-70 years. (21-24 years limited to Hyundai Accent & Nissan Pulsar).
